Free returns are available for a full refund within 21 days after delivery.
Free exchanges and store credit are available within 30 days of delivery date.
We value our customer and product, therefore if for some reason there is damage please send us an email to info@jewelrybyhannahb.com.
We will analyze each order on a case to case basis and come up with the best solution together.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Sadly, we cannot create international return labels. Our customer will have to cover the return shipping cost. We do not accept exchanges for any international orders.
Please allow 3-7 days for processing from the date we receive it.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items that are lost in transit on the way to our facilities.
