Ready-to-Ship Pieces

Non-personalized jewelry items are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons or busy periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Personalized Jewelry

Custom and personalized pieces require additional time to create your one-of-a-kind design. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing before shipment.

Understanding Your Tracking Information

Important: You may receive a shipping notification with a tracking number while your piece is still being crafted. This is part of our workflow process—shipping labels are often created when we begin working on your order, especially for personalized items. Your tracking number will become active and show movement once your jewelry is actually packaged and dropped off with the carrier.

If your tracking shows "label created" or "pre-shipment" for several days, don't worry—your piece is being made with care and will ship within the processing timeframes listed above.
